I did get my refund, but it took longer than I expected

I signed up and didn’t really get the feeling my info was out there or anything, so that’s good. I just wish the privacy settings were easier to understand. It’s not bad, just kind of okay for me. Anyway.

I really didn’t get a professional vibe from the writer at all. The replies were super short and came off kind of rude, like helping me was a hassle or something.

The final work felt rushed, and there were basic mistakes that should’ve been caught. I also had to repeat the same instructions more than once, which was frustrating, like, give me a break.
Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but mine definitely wasn’t worth it. I wasn’t expecting perfection, just decent communication and writing that looked like someone actually took their time.

Overall, the service was okay. The nurses were really nice and helpful, which I appreciated, but getting replies took longer than expected sometimes. What bothered me most is how it feels like there are little policy loopholes that let support slow down or pass things around without anyone really taking responsibility. It’s not terrible, but I wish the communication was more consistent and dependable...

I was ready to sign up, but the pricing was just not clear enough. I kept having to click around to figure out what I’d actually be charged, and I hate when a site makes me practice patience like it’s part of the checkout process.

I gave 3 stars because my order was mostly right, but one of the sizes was wrong and the color just didn’t look like what I chose online. They did get back to me, it just took a little while. It wasn’t a terrible experience, I just expected the order to be a bit more accurate.

If I’m paying for study help, I don’t want Captain Guesswork making me second-guess basic info. Not really worth it for me, especially when accuracy actually matters.

Kind of disappointing, since I was hoping for more practical nursing-related info.
